Who we are
Freedom Fulfilment is a service of Freedom Club LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States ("we", "us"). Freedom Club LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Contact us about privacy at hi@freedomfulfilment.com.
What this policy covers
This website (freedomfulfilment.com), the forms on it, and the FF app at app.freedomfulfilment.com that our clients use. It explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the choices you have.
What you send us
Application form: your name, email, WhatsApp number, brand name, store address and the Shopify sales report you upload. Partner form: your name, email, company or community, website, audience size and how you would refer brands. Careers form: your name, email, the role and the CV you upload. Anything you write to us by email or chat.
What we collect automatically
Where you came from (the link, campaign or referral that brought you to the site), the pages of the site you visit and basic technical details such as browser type, which our servers log for security. We do not use advertising trackers or sell audiences.
Client and order data
When a brand works with us, we receive its store’s orders through the private Shopify app it installs: product, quantity and the delivery name, address, email and phone of each customer. We use this only to pack, send, track and support those orders, send the brand’s delivery emails and invoice the brand. We handle it on the brand’s behalf and to its instructions.
Why we use it
To review applications and prepare proposals; to reply to you; to assess job applicants; to run the services we provide to clients; to keep the site and the FF app secure; and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. We only use information for these purposes.
Your sales report
It is read by our team and our systems to see your products, volumes and revenue so the first call starts with your numbers. It is never shared outside Freedom Fulfilment.
Who we share it with
Only the people and services that help us do the work: our own team; suppliers and warehouses that pack your orders; carriers that deliver them and need the delivery details; and service providers that host our systems, store files, send email and messages, and process payments. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell personal information.
Where it is stored
Our systems run on cloud servers outside your country, and our team and partners work from several countries, including China, where your orders are packed. When information moves between countries, we use providers that protect it to a standard comparable to this policy.
How long we keep it
Applications and partner enquiries: up to two years, so we can pick a conversation back up, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Job applications: up to one year. Client and order records: for as long as we work together and then as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually seven years.
Saved as you go
Application answers save step by step so you do not lose them. The savings calculator works entirely on your device.
Cookies and local storage
We store one small note in your browser’s local storage about how you found us, so we can credit the link or partner that referred you. The FF app uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we protect it
Encrypted connections (HTTPS) everywhere, access limited to the people who need it, passwords stored as one-way hashes, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects you we will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it for a purpose. Email hi@freedomfulfilment.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are a customer of one of our client brands, contact that brand first; we will help it respond. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority, such as the OAIC in Australia or the ICO in the United Kingdom.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change. The date at the top always shows the current version, and we will tell clients about material changes before they apply.
