Terms

Our terms.
In plain English.

Last updated 3 October 2026.

Who we are
Freedom Fulfilment is a service of Freedom Club LLC ("we", "us"). These terms apply to every brand that works with us ("you"). Questions about them go to hi@freedomfulfilment.com.
What we do
We source products, design and produce custom packaging, finance stock and pick, pack and send your store’s orders. We also run the supply chain behind them: suppliers, production checks, reorders and delivery problems. Your proposal sets out exactly which of these we do for you and at what price per order.
Stock financing and deposits
Before a production run, you pay a deposit. The deposit secures production and is not refundable once production has started. We fund the balance of the stock order. The stock stays ours until it has been paid for through the fees on your orders, and it only becomes yours as that happens. We plan reorders from your sales and agree any new product or large reorder with you first.
Fees and invoicing
You pay one agreed price per order, as set out in your proposal. We invoice daily for the orders placed that day, with every order listed. Payments by card carry a card surcharge, which is shown on each invoice. Invoices are payable when issued unless we agree otherwise in writing. If an invoice is unpaid, we may pause sending orders until it is settled.
Price changes
Your price per order is fixed for the products and countries in your proposal. If a supplier, freight or postage cost changes materially, we will tell you in writing before any new price applies.
What we need from you
Accurate store, product and order information, and access to your store through the private app we install. Prompt replies on packaging, products and reorders. Lawful products, honest listings and compliance with the rules of the countries you sell into. Your own customer service, with us handling delivery problems and replacements.
Shipping times
Dispatch and delivery times we give are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers, customs, weather and peak periods can cause delays outside our control. We track every order and chase any that stall.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, tell us through the FF app or by email with the order number and photos where relevant. We will review it, claim it with the carrier where we can and send a replacement where the claim is ours to resolve. Claims should be raised within a reasonable time of the expected delivery date so carriers can still investigate.
Liability
We take care with every order, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit, lost sales or ad spend. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the orders concerned. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.
Confidentiality
Your sales data, products, suppliers we source for you and anything else you share stay confidential and are used only to run your account. Our pricing, suppliers and supply chain details are confidential to us. Both sides keep this obligation after we stop working together.
Your brand
Your brand, store and customer relationships remain yours. Packaging artwork we design for you is yours to use once its invoices are paid.
Ending the arrangement
Either side can end the arrangement with written notice, as set out in your proposal. Orders already placed will still be sent and invoiced. Any stock we financed that has not been paid for through order fees remains ours. You can buy it at the agreed cost, have it sent elsewhere at your expense once paid, or let us keep it. Deposits for production that has started are not refunded.
Your account and the FF app
We give you access to the FF app to see your orders, products, delivery issues and invoices. Keep your login details private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them. You are responsible for activity under your account. We work to keep the app available, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.
Products we can handle
We can decline any product that is unsafe, illegal in the country of sale or delivery, counterfeit, infringes someone else’s rights, or that carriers will not accept, such as weapons, hazardous goods and some batteries, liquids and powders. You confirm that your products, listings and claims comply with the law where you sell.
Returns
Returns are sent to the address agreed in your proposal. We handle them as set out there: inspect, restock where the item is resaleable, or dispose of it with your agreement.
Risk and insurance
We store and handle stock with care. Responsibility for stock in our care sits with us until it is handed to the carrier, and claims against carriers follow the section on lost or damaged parcels. If you need cover beyond this, such as for high-value goods, tell us and we will agree it in writing.
Suspension
We may pause sending orders or access to the FF app if invoices are overdue, if we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful products, or if continuing would break the law. We will tell you why and resume as soon as the issue is resolved.
Events outside our control
Neither side is responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, port or border closures, carrier failures, power or internet outages, or government action. We will tell you promptly and work around it where we can.
Our platform
The FF app, our systems, processes and the content of this site belong to us. You may use them only to work with us while the arrangement continues.
Your proposal and these terms
Your proposal sets out your services, prices and notice period. If your proposal and these terms differ, your proposal applies. Together they are the whole agreement between us about our services.
Notices
Notices under these terms are given in writing by email: to hi@freedomfulfilment.com for us, and to the email address on your account for you.
Transfer
You may not transfer the arrangement to someone else without our written agreement. We may transfer it to another company in the Freedom Group, and we will tell you if we do.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you about material changes before they apply, and the date below always shows the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Freedom Club LLC is registered, and the courts there have jurisdiction over any dispute.
